THE GATHERING: European Support Act Announced

July 26, 2006

Danish band PYRO has been confirmed as the support band for THE GATHERING on their European tour dates in September. More information on PYRO is available on their official web site.

THE GATHERING are back on the road in Europe after they had to cancel the first month of their European "Homelands" tour back in April due to vocalist Anneke van Giersbergen suffering an obstinate bronchial and sinus infection. The original tour dates — April 19, 2006 to May 28, 2006 — have been rescheduled for September and October this year.

THE GATHERING released their latest album "Home" in April on The End Records.
