THE GATHERING: Dutch Dates Sold Out

THE GATHERING have announced via their official web site that all the shows on the Dutch portion of their upcoming "Sleepy Buildings" semi-acoustic tour are completely sold out. In addition, the band's March 8 concert at Zeche Carl in Essen, Germany is also sold out, and only a limited number of tickets is available for the seated semi-acoustic shows in Hamburg, Berlin and Erfurt.

As previously reported, THE GATHERING will compose music for the Amsterdam film academy graduation film, "The Quiet One" by Danyael Sugawara. "The Quiet One" tells the story about the phenomenon 'Hikikomori', which finds Japanese teenagers isolating themselves from the outside world and locking themselves in their room with no other contact than the worldwide Internet. The film will receive its premiere during the summer and besides competing for several movie festivals will also be broadcast on Dutch VPRO TV.
