THE FUNERAL PYRE Offers Tour Update

April 30, 2007

Los Angeles' THE FUNERAL PYRE has returned from the East Coast from the ninth annual New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. "It was an awesome time and a great experience for us. Thanks to Scott Lee for hooking it up and everyone involved," THE FUNERAL PYRE said. Pictures from the band's performance this weekend can be seen at ReturnToThePit.com.

Currently gearing up for a few local shows, including a Hollywood appearance with HORSE THE BAND, THE FUNERAL PYRE is also hard at work booking a three-week summer tour across the U.S. with AS EDEN BURNS and looking for help booking shows, via the newly started Prosthetic Booking. Interested parties can contact them directly at [email protected] to help fill in any dates.

THE FUNERAL PYRE continues to support the band's most recent release, "The Nature of Betrayal", which saw a March release through Prosthetic Records after being released earlier through the Bay Area label Creator Destructor. Samples of the band's music can be found on the band's MySpace page.
