TEXAS METAL ALLIANCE: First Original Material Posted Online

TEXAS METAL ALLIANCE, the band featuring RIGOR MORTIS vocalist Bruce Corbitt, GAMMACIDE guitarists Rick Perry and Scott Shelby, GAMMACIDE/DEVILFIST bassist Alan Bovee and DEMONSEED drummer Joe Gonzalez, has posted its first original material to the group's MySpace page. A CD containing these new songs and a behind-the-scenes DVD will be released by 12 Pound Productions in the near future.

TEXAS METAL ALLIANCE will play a show to celebrate the birthday of guitarist Rick Perry on Saturday, March 8 at the Rock Star Sports Bar in Ft. Worth. Vocalist Varnam Ponville (GAMMACIDE, CAULDRON) and guitarist John Perez (ROTTING CORPSE, SOLITUDE AETURNUS) will also perform with T.M.A. that night as special guests. Also on the bill will be SAD WINGS, a JUDAS PRIEST tribute band from Austin featuring vocalist Jason McMaster (WATCHTOWER, DANGEROUS TOYS). CAULDRON from New Orleans, which features Varnam Ponville (GAMMACIDE) and Tracy Kelly (MINSTREL GRAVY),and the band LEGION OF DOOM from Ft. Worth will also perform.
