TESTAMENT's 'The Formation Of Damnation' Lands On BILLBOARD Chart

"The Formation of Damnation", the new album from San Francisco Bay Area thrash metal veterans TESTAMENT, sold 11,400 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 59 on The Billboard 200 chart.

"The Formation of Damnation" has registered the following first-week chart positions so far;

Germany: #15
Austria: #23
Norway: # 29
Sweden: #33
USA: #59

The band recorded "The Formation of Damnation" in part with producer Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, EXODUS, ARCH ENEMY, NEVERMORE) at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, California.

"Dmentillement Vtre" is a metal radio show on the oldest independant Francophone radio station in North America, CKRL 89.1 FM Quebec City. The show has been airing since 2003 and can be heard every Friday night from midnight to 6:00 a.m.

TESTAMENT will take part in an in-store signing at Vintage Vinyl, an independent record store located in Fords, New Jersey, on Friday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m. You need a wristband to get in, which you can obtain by purchasing "The Formation of Damnation" at the store.
