TAD MOROSE Working On New Album

May 3, 2003

Sweden's TAD MOROSE have set "Life In A Lonely Grave" as the title for their forthcoming album, which is currently being recorded at Studio Soundcreation for a late summer release through Century Media Records. According to guitarist Christer "Krunt" Andersson, "We've just started laying down the vocals and we will mix the shit in Studio Fredman in Gothenburg in the end of May. How does it sound? Don't ask me, ha ha ha. I don't know. It's a pretty typical TAD MOROSE album, a bit more of everything' I would say, compared to 'Matters Of The Dark'. About the title, that might change too... we'll see. We are playing at the Sweden Rock Festival in June. That will be a blast! TWISTED SISTER, WHITESNAKE, QUEENSRŸCHE (to name a few) are also playing, so it will be pretty cool I guess. It's nice to see your own band name on the same bill as bands like these. This is something I wouldn't have believed would happen — not back in the mid-eighties when I was a young and innocent guitar player banging my head to songs like 'We're Not Gonna Take It', 'Guilty Of Love' and 'Warning'. We all are looking forward to this festival. The only thing is that sometimes things can get to be too fun... (I guess you know what I mean, ha ha ha)

"Apart from this, it seems like it's going to be a lazy summer for us since we don't have anything booked (yet!). Hopefully all hell will break loose when our new album is released sometime this summer or so."
