TACERE: New Demo Recordings Posted Online

February 26, 2008

Finnish female-fronted diverse melodic metal band TACERE has uploaded four new songs to its MySpace page. Check out the tracks "The Storm of the Century", "Absolute Power", "Without My Soul" and "Let Go" at this location.

In other news, the group has issued the following update:

"TACERE has broken up with their Finnish record label Suomen Musiikki Oy/SM Records because of a lack of mutual interests and enthusiasm to take the band to a further level. And so TACERE is now 'on open waters,' so to say, and looking for a new main label (some of the international contracts are still valid if the band wishes so).

"The live line-up and atmosphere of TACERE has changed. TACERE now has a five-member live line-up and the debut performance of this line-up will be on the next gig (5th of March 2008)

"TACERE has a plethora of new superb songs that have a bit different style than the songs of the first album. Some of these songs can now be heard on the myspace profile as demo versions. And debut live performances for these new songs will also be on the next gig (5th of March 2008)

"So if you happen to be in Finland on the 5th of March, it's highly recommendable to come and see the TACERE gig at On The Rocks club in Helsinki, as it's the debut performance of both new songs and the new live line-up and also most probably the only gig TACERE will play during the spring period of 2008."

TACERE's debut album, "Beautiful Darkness", was released in February 2007.
