SYBREED: Debut Album Due In September

June 2, 2004

Reality Entertainment will release the debut album from Swiss band SYBREED on September 7, 2004. Reality CEO, Warren Croyle, explains, "The current Eurometal scene is paving the way for the rest of the world in that genre. When I heard SYBREED, I was completely taken with these four very young musicians having such an innovative and powerful vision. We are an international label committed to bringing bands from all over the world to the U.S. and getting them heard by fans at the center of the music world."

Formed a year ago from the factions of other modern Swiss metal bands, SYBREED is said to blend "the strength of brutal metal riffs and amazing melodies with lyrics so relevant and intellectual that one expects them to come from a folk singer, not a hard rock band," according to an official press release. "With songs about the future of our environment and commentaries on the widespread violence permeating our daily lives, the album, 'Slave Design', is a true journey into a sonic landscape that is truly original and compelling."

SYBREED joins the current Reality roster, which includes GODHEAD, KROKUS, MARCY PLAYGROUND, WWIII, WARRIOR, LYZANXIA, MARY MCBRIDE, SILVER MOUNTAIN, MANKIND LIBERATION FRONT and FREAKHOUSE.
