Surprise FOO FIGHTERS 'Carpool Karaoke' Episode To Air This Week

FOO FIGHTERS have filmed a surprise episode of "Carpool Karaoke".

The Apple Music series is the spinoff based on the "Late Late Show" segment, featuring "Late Late Show" host James Corden.

Announcing the appearance with an animated GIF showing Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear, Rami Jaffee, Chris Shiflett and Nate Mendel packed into a car with Corden, "The Late Late Show" tweeted: "Surprise! @foofighters #CarpoolKaraoke coming your way this week!"

FOO FIGHTERS later shared the GIF along with the caption, "Are you ready?"

The "Carpool Karaoke" series airs on Tuesdays and features new celebrities weekly.

FOO FIGHTERS' new album, "Concrete And Gold", arrived on Friday (September 15).

The band has lined up a fall North American tour that kicks off on October 7 in San Bernardino, California with Cal Jam 17, also featuring QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, CAGE THE ELEPHANT, Liam Gallagher, ROYAL BLOOD, THE STRUTS and more. The rest of the tour begins on October 12 in Washington D.C.
