SUBZERO: 'The Suffering Of Man' Gets A New Release Date

June 23, 2005

Stillborn Records has set a September 20 release date for the new SUBZERO album, entitled "The Suffering of Man". A track off the CD, entitled "Forced to Bleed", has been posted online on the band's MySpace.com page. The first 5,000 copies of "The Suffering of Man" will include a special bonus CD compilation featuring new and rare tracks from HATEBREED, DANNY DIABLO, ICEPICK, VIETNOM and many others.

SUBZERO began back in 1989 with former members of late '80s straight-edge heroes UP-FRONT and legendary mid-'80s hardcore pioneers BREAKDOWN. Taking the experience that they had from those bands and combining new and diverse elements of hardcore, punk and metal, SUBZERO became a staple in the hardcore scene. Creating a strong underground following by performing with what were top acts at the time (SICK OF IT ALL, CRO -MAGS, AGNOSTIC FRONT, SHEER TERROR, YOUTH OF TODAY) with only a couple of street demos and a 7" release floating around, the band was eventually noticed and picked up by Century Media Records. With their debut LP, entitled "Happiness Without Peace", SUBZERO gained immediate attention and respect from the hardcore, punk and metal music scenes worldwide.

SUBZERO 2005 is:

Lou DiBella - Vocals
Richie Kennon - Guitar
Eddie Ortiz (ex-CATTLEPRESS) – Guitar
Jason Kalfin – Bass
Mark Levy (ex-LEFTOVER CRACK) – Drums
