STONE TEMPLE PILOTS singer Scott Weiland was sued for divorce by his wife of two years in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (September 23rd), according to Allstar.

Mary Weiland is seeking legal and physical custody of the children with supervised visitation rights for Scott, spousal support, and for her attorney and court fees to be paid by Scott.

The two officially separated on September 19th, according to the complaint. They have two children together — Lucy Olivia, 2 months old, and Noah Mercer, who turns 2 years old on November 19th.
