September 20, 2005

STILL REMAINS will be criss-crossing the country, touring non-stop from September 20 to October 31. Playing two different tours, STILL REMAINS will start by headlining their first tour since the release of their debut album. The group tapped CURL UP AND DIE as the support band and will be touring North America from September 20 in Tempe, AZ to October 6 in Spartanburg, SC. Then STILL REMAINS will be direct support for NORMA JEAN from October 8 in Memphis, TN through October 21 in St. Petersburg, FL. Afterwards the band will flip-flop tours, playing two dates and then meeting up with the other tour for two dates.

"We love to tour," says STILL REMAINS lead singer TJ Miller. "Down and dirty in our van, getting to know our fans is the only way for this band."

STILL REMAINS are touring in support of their debut album, "Of Love and Lunacy", which was released on May 3 and debuted at No. 43 on Billboard's Top New Artist chart. In addition, the album soared to No. 1 at Metal & Specialty radio, where it thrived for over two weeks. The album just recently became available in select Christian bookstores throughout the country, with the hopes to expand it to a larger level as the band continues to develop in the burgeoning Christian metalcore movement. STILL REMAINS, who were just nominated for a Kerrang! award for Best International Newcomer, recently finished a successful co-headlining tour with SCARS OF TOMORROW.

Hailing from Grand Rapids, MI, STILL REMAINS is TJ Miller (vocals),Evan Willey (bass),Jordan Whelan and Mike Church (guitars),Zach Roth (keyboards) and A.J. Barrette (drums). In 2004 the band independently released the EP "If Love Was Born to Die". Since their formation in 2003 the band have opened for such groups as POISON THE WELL, AS I LAY DYING, EVERY TIME I DIE, TRIVIUM, HASTE THE DAY and others.
