SPIRALARMS Guitarist LOCICERO: 'We're All Overwhelmed By The Positive Responses'

October 30, 2006

SPIRALARMS guitarist Craig Locicero (ex-FORBIDDEN, MANMADEGOD) has issued the following update:

"I just wanted to kind of update you all on what's in store for the next two months.

"First off, thanks to all of you that listened and reacted so favorably to the three new tunes we posted Friday. I think that we're all overwhelmed by the positive responses. When we recorded the stuff we had a better feeling and overall grip on what we where doing then ever before. Hopefully that shined through to your ears. As proud as we are about it, when you get the kind off feedback we've been getting — it pushes us even harder to deliver the goods to our Peeps!

"Ahh, yes, bringing it to the people! We have a number of killer shows coming up soon. The first one is this Saturday, the 4th, in Berkeley at Blakes. I've seen a lot of bands there, but SPIRALRMS has never played in Berkeley yet. Well here we go! It's a great bill with KAURA and TURN ME ON DEAD MAN. Both excellent bands, and all of us completely different. We like varity! See you there.

"Then we have the Northern Cali run with ESOTERIC and AFTER THE SILENCE. That will be a blast, and cold. Cold blasted! Look out for more details on that bunch of gigs coming up next week.

"The most important and epic thing we have cooking is the 107.7 The Bone's Local Licks Rockshow extravaganza at the DNA Lounge in SF. This will be ridiculous!!! And it's free!!! You've seen little bits and pieces about it up on our page, but look for the official poster to come out next week as well. It will have all of the info, and it's a lot. This show will be a true multimedia experiance. We've waited a long time to play in SF and we want it to be worth the wait."

In addition to Locicero, SPIRALARMS features in its ranks Tim Narducci (ex-SYSTEMATIC) on guitar/vocals, Chris Kontos (ex-MACHINE HEAD, TESTAMENT) on drums, Chris Lombardo on bass and Brad Barth on keyboards. The band has just uploaded three new songs to its MySpace page. Check out the tracks "Straight to Your Head", "That Song" and "Lonely Guns" — all of which were mixed by Sean Beavan (NINE INCH NAILS, MARILYN MANSON, SYSTEM OF A DOWN) — at www.myspace.com/spiralarms.
