SOUNDS OF THE UNDERGROUND Tour Spotlighted On 'Metal Injection'

August 18, 2005

"Metal Injection", the Internet streaming video show, currently has two hours' worth of coverage from the Sounds of the Underground tour, featuring interviews with: LAMB OF GOD, GWAR, UNEARTH, OPETH, CHIMAIRA, EVERY TIME I DIE, THE RED CHORD, A LIFE ONCE LOST and Brian Slagel of Metal Blade Records. In addition, the episode features videos from all those artists as well as STRAPPING YOUNG LAD and CLUTCH. Both hours are available for download free on-demand at www.metalinjection.net.

The history-making Sounds of the Underground tour featured 26 shows in 31 days, bringing 22 of today's heaviest and most hardcore underground musical performers to the forefront. This fan-friendly event kept ticket prices very low, under $30.00 per ticket in most markets. It is expected that there will be a second edition of the tour next summer.
