"All original material SHALL BE RETURNED and all who help us on this project shall be rewarded with CDs/DVDs!!!" the band write in a statement.

SOULGRIND will enter D studio (HEVEIN, DIVERCIA) in Klaukkala, Finland on September 25 to begin recording their new album, "The Prophecy of the Paganblood", for an early 2005 release through France's Holy Records. Final mixing is tentatively scheduled to take place in late November. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "The Prophecy", "Northlander", "When Those Nights Have Circled Over", "Paganblood" and "Flesh Marionette".

The band have dropped plans to include a live recording from Tuska club in 2003 on a bonus CD that is scheduled to accompany the upcoming album. They may still go ahead with plans to include a live gig from the "Lust And Death" tour in 1995 (featuring Roope Latvala from SINERGY/CHILDREN OF BODOM),but "it all depends on the tight schedule of Roope," the band write on their web site. "He shall do the producing for the live material. Roope shall also guest on forthcoming album."
