As previously reported, SOILWORK have once again launched a guitarist search after recently completing a number of European dates with the help of Daniel Antonsson (DIMENSION ZERO, PATHOS). Antonsson temporarily filled the vacant slot left by the departure of Peter Wichers, who exited the band in December to pursue a career in producing. According to a posting on SOILWORK's official web site, the band are looking for "a Swedish guitarist who lives close by. . . This has nothing to do with that we look down on guitarists or musicians outside Sweden (I bet there´s a lot of guitar players that could manage the SOILWORK stuff!). As we said, we're looking for a Swede. [We] wanna be a rehearsing band again. Hope you understand!"

SOILWORK's latest CD, "Stabbing the Drama", is available now on Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Figure Number Five" was recorded at Fascination Street studios in Örebro and Dug-Out Productions in Uppsala, Sweden with producer Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, IN FLAMES, STUCK MOJO).
