SLIPKNOT's JOEY JORDISON Is 'The Greatest Drummer Of The Last 25 Years'

Seven days ago, U.K.'s Rhythm magazine kick-started an online poll to find out who its readers thought was the greatest drummer of the last quarter of a century. 102,000 votes later a winner has been crowned: none other than Joey Jordison of SLIPKNOT. Jordison received 37 percent of the votes, with more than 38,000 people selecting him as their favorite drummer of the last 25 years.

Rhythm editor Chris Barnes told MusicRadar.com about Joey's win, "I'm not at all surprised about Joey's victory. Since SLIPKNOT hit the headlines in the late '90s, we've been consistently blown away by his mind-blowing technicality and ability to bolster any project with his unique sound and style. He obviously has a massive legion of loyal fans."
