SLIPKNOT Photo Exhibition Opens In Bedford

February 24, 2012

Rock City Art gallery in Bedford, England will host Kerrang! photographer Paul Harries' hugely successful SLIPKNOT exhibition outside of London for the very first time.

Over 40 photographs will be on display, including behind the scenes and previously unseen images.

"SLIPKNOT is not always the easiest band to capture in the true essence of photography and also not very easy to work with in the photo environment," says SLIPKNOT percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan. "Paul Harries has always been able to capture the band in its true form and has also been able to put up with all our bullshit that surrounds us night and day. Look at 'the KNOT' as seen through the eyes of a true photographer, artist and friend."

Entry to the gallery is completely free for the duration of the exhibition.

Paul Harries will be hosting a seminar at the gallery on March 10 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. He will be sharing stories behind the photographs on display and discussing his photography with a question-and-answer session afterwards. Tickets for this event are available at £15 from the Rock City Art store and are strictly limited to 25 people only.
