SLAVES ON DOPE: SEAL Cover Version Available For Download

September 7, 2003

SLAVES ON DOPE's cover of SEAL's "Crazy" has been posted online at this location. The song was originally recorded during the sessions for the group's new album, "Metafour", but was omitted from the CD's final running order. Plans to include the track on a special Christmas edition of "Metafour", featuring a bonus DVD and various remixes, have been put on hold as a result of MUSHROOMHEAD's decision to include their own version of the SEAL song on their forthcoming effort, titled "XIII".

SLAVES ON DOPE are currently touring in support of "Metafour", which was released in June through Bieler Bros./MCA Records. The follow-up to 2000's "Inches From The Mainline" was recorded in Boca Raton, Florida with producers Troy Van Leeuwen (A PERFECT CIRCLE, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE) and Jason Slater (SNAKE RIVER CONSPIRACY, EARSHOT).

Upcoming SLAVES ON DOPE tour dates:

Sep. 07 - Abilene, TX - The Live Room
Sep. 10 - Corpus Christi, TX - Concrete Street Amplitheatre
Sep. 11 - San Antonio, TX - The White Rabbit
Sep. 13 - Olean, NY - Oddfellows Circus Festival
