SKYCLAD: New Album Delayed

May 24, 2004

SKYCLAD have posted the following update on their official web site:

"We are sorry to announce that the release of the band's latest album, 'A Semblance of Normality', has been put back until September. This is due to restructuring taking place at Dreamcatcher [Records], who are to promote and distribute the album along with Demolition Records. While in the short-term this may appear to be bad news for all the SKYCLAD fans eager to get their hands on said album, it is hoped that, in the long term, the changes being made will be extremely beneficial to the band in terms of overall promotion and distribution (which should also include the U.S. and Japanese releases). We will, of course, inform everyone as to the new release date and other promotional plans in the very near future.

"However, it is not all bad news. While the 'official' release date may be several months away, the band have managed to secure a 'limited number' of 'A Semblance Of Normality' which may be ordered via the official website from Monday 24th of May — a kind of a 'limited release', especially for our fans. To order the new album from our web shop click here."
