SKID ROW: New Album Delayed

June 9, 2003

SKID ROW have been forced to delay the release of their new album, "Thickskin", to August 5. "Seems that this delay is thanks to distributor ADA wanting to properly get the disc in stores," reads a posting on the unofficial SKID ROW web site SkidRow.net. "The guys aren't too happy about it because they and their publicity team were all set for July 22 and have been promoting that date quite heavily."

As previously reported, "Thickskin" will surface through the band's own Skid Row Records and will mark the group's first album with new vocalist Johnny Solinger and drummer Phil Varone. A DVD chronicling the recording process for "Thickskin", titled "Under the Skin — The Making of Thickskin", will coincide with the album's release.
