Singapore's IMPIETY Joined By Former Members Of Mexico's RAVAGER

December 25, 2003

Singaporean metallers IMPIETY have posted the following message on their official web site:

"A major line-up change has taken place in the IMPIETY kamp! Absurd as it sounds, [drummer] Fauzzt has lost his interest & dedication in IMPIETY and left to play in a punk band. There was never any official reason given for his departure to [bassist/vocalist] Shyaithan and [lead guitarist] Fyraun at all but the band had already anticipated his moves with given info from close komrades. And just 2 weeks after that, Fyraun decided to call it a day from the force. Fyraun felt he could no longer go on as time became scarce between his new fulltime work, family and the band.

"Shyaithan battled with what seemed impossible to find the right candidates on this tiny island, Singapore. Few potential candidates were auditioned...but without success. And so the scope had to be set beyond horizons! Finally, with success, an diabolical international line-up has been secured and established! Shyaithan has recruited on the drums, Oscar Garcia (HACAVITZ, ex-RAVAGER) and Antimo (HACAVITZ, ex-RAVAGER, DISGORGE) on lead guitars! With this invincible line-up of exhalted demonic warlords , IMPIETY will record a 2-song split 7" EP with elite warbrothers SURRENDER OF DIVINITY. A new independent label Unholy Horde Records (USA) shall exclusively be unleashing this Christ-crushing blasphemy in a one time pressing limited to 1000 copies! The IMPIETY side of this EP shall feature one brand new EXCLUSIVE track together with a revised terroristic 2004 version of 'The 7th Goatspawn'! The new recording will take place in malevolent Mexico, in the month of February 2004... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
