SHIVA: PRIMAL FEAR Bassist's Former Band To Reunite For Benefit Concert

November 16, 2004

SHIVA, the former band of PRIMAL FEAR bassist/SINNER frontman Mat Sinner, will reunite for a special show on February 10, 2005 at The Röhre in Stuttgart, Germany. "We will play a special benefit concert for the Aids Fund Stuttgart and maybe more will happen," Mat writes on his web site. "We will play a set of old SHIVA classics, some brand new tunes and some exciting cover versions. SHIVA will feature founding members Armin Sabol (guitar & vocals) and Mat Sinner (vocals, bass) plus new guy Martin Schmidt (drums) from ATROCITY."

With regards to PRIMAL FEAR, Sinner writes, "We actually start the songwriting for our next album and we are in negotiations with some new, but well known names for engineering and mixing the album.. We will definitely mix the album outside of Germany this time. Everybody in the band is excited about our new album project and is totally dedicated."
