SHINING: New Live Photos Posted Online

November 4, 2005

SHINING's official web site has been updated with 80 live photos from the band's October 28 live appearance at H62 in Stockholm, Sweden. Special guest Acerbus of ONDSKAPT joined Kvarforth on stage for a song. Even ex-SHINING bassist Phil A. Cirone attended the concert, as evidenced by the last two photos, where he's seen having a chat with guitarist Casado.

As previously reported, SHINING leader Kvarforth has joined Swedish black metal elitists DIABOLICUM as a permanent member and will take part in the recording sessions for their new album, to be issued on Code666 Records next year.

SHINING will enter the studio in February 2006 to commence the recordings for "V - Besvikelsens Dystra Monotoni" (Osmose, 2006). The sessions for the follow-up to 2005's "IV – The Eerie Cold" will take place at studios in Sweden (drums, guitars, bass) and Slovenia (vocals, piano, orchestration).
