SHEAVY Begins Writing New Material

St. John's, Newfoundland "stoner" rockers SHEAVY are about to begin writing material for their follow-up to last year's "Republic?" CD (Rise Above Records), according to a posting on the band's official web site.

SHEAVY recently announced the addition of guitarist Tommy Boland to the group's ranks. A live DVD, entitled "Sheavy at the Masonic Temple", was filmed on May 10, 2005 at the Masonic Temple Ballroom in St. John's.
