SHE SAID DESTROY Issues Post-Tour Update

August 28, 2006

Norwegian extreme metallers SHE SAID DESTROY have issued the following update:

"So our U.K. and Ireland tour ended about a week ago. We had a great time travelling with SYLOSIS, GOREROTTED and CRYPTOPSY. I truly enjoyed getting to watch these bands every night for about 10 days. Our second-to-last show on the tour was as support for CELTIC FROST at the Mean Fiddler in London. During CRYPTOPSY's set, me, Ben Rotted and Dan the Ropeman went up front and were fed worms by the Lord. Nice.

"We travelled straight to Bergen from the U.K. to play at and attend the Hole in the Sky festival. This show was our last show with Snorre [guitar/vocals] for a long time. The show went over really well. The rest of the week was pure enjoyment on our part. Watching great bands, meeting friends from all over the world and getting absolutely pissed every night. High points of the festival: Our show (of course!),NECROPHAGIST, MORBID ANGEL, GOJIRA, MY DYING BRIDE, and the Hole in the Sky quiz at Garage.

"Thanks to all the people who attended our shows and to all the guys we toured with. You're a loveable bunch."

SHE SAID DESTROY's debut album, "Time like Vines", was released in Europe in April via Nocturnal Art Productions.
