SHARON OSBOURNE Was Told To Have Abortion By Mother

April 24, 2005

ContactMusic.com is reporting that Sharon Osbourne was ordered by her mother to have an abortion after she fell pregnant at the age of 17.

The wife of Ozzy Osbourne was urged by her mom to terminate the baby — the result of a fling with a "good-looking guitar player".

And she cites the traumatic ordeal at an abortion clinic as the lowest point of her life.

The mother-of-three, 52, says, "It was full of other young girls, and we were all terrified.

"I howled my way through it, and it was horrible. It was the worst thing I ever did."
