SEVENDUST: More U.S. Tour Dates Announced

SEVENDUST are gearing up to embark on their own headlining tour in 2006. After taking a much-deserved break for the holidays (except for one show in Orlando, FL at the House of Blues on New Year's Eve),the band will criss-cross the U.S. starting January 18 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at Revolution in support of their current studio album, "Next" (WineDark/7Bros Records, distributed by Fontana Distribution, a division of Universal Music and Video Distribution). NONPOINT, SOCIALBURN, WICKED WISDOM and ONE will accompany SEVENDUST on the trek. The band will be on the road throughout the year and they'll eventually venture outside the U.S. for shows in Canada and Europe.

As previously reported, AOL Music is hosting an online listening party for SEVENDUST's greatest hits album, "Best Of (Chapter One 1997-2004)", released Tuesday (December 27). Listen to the album in full here.

"Best Of (Chapter One 1997-2004)" features "Black", "Angel's Son", "Enemy", two previously unreleased tracks, collaborations with STAIND's Aaron Lewis (on the track "Follow") and the DEFTONES' Chino Moreno ("Bender"),as well as two covers — MARVIN GAYE's "Inner City Blues" and ALICE COOPER's "School's Out".

SEVENDUST's newly-released fifth album, "Next" (WineDark/7Bros Records, distributed by Fontana Distribution, a division of Universal Music and Video Distribution),debuted on The Billboard 200 chart at No. 20 and has sold 104,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
