SEPULTURA have contributed a song for the soundtrack to the upcoming Brazilian movie "Lisbela e o Prisioneiro". The track, a new version of Zé Ramalho's "Dança das Borboletas", was laid down during the recording sessions for the band's forthcoming album, due in late spring/early summer. "Lisbela e o Prisioneiro" marks the second time SEPULTURA have collaborated with music director André Moraes, who had previously worked with guitarist Andreas Kisser and drummer Igor Cavalera on the soundtrack to the movie "No Coracao Dos Deuses" (Portuguese for "In The Heart Of The Gods").SEPULTURA are currently mixing the follow-up to 2001's "Nation", which was produced by Steve Evetts (SNAPCASE, EARTH CRISIS), and is scheduled to surface through SPV/Steamhammer Records in Europe, JVC Records in Japan, and FNM/Universal Records in Brazil. The group are still negotiating a North American deal following their split with Roadrunner Records early last year. SEPULTURA's covers-only EP, "Revolusongs", is tentatively scheduled to receive a European release in May through SPV/Steamhammer.
