SEPULTURA: New Songs Are 'Fast And Heavy'

SEPULTURA have come up with rough skeletons of eight new songs for their forthcoming album, tentatively scheduled to be recorded early next year for a spring/summer 2003 release. According to a message from the band's webmaster on their official web site, "the new songs are fast and heavy, but it's impossible to compare it to anything else SEPULTURA has ever done. It's good shit! That's for sure!"

As previously reported, SEPULTURA's recently-completed EP of covers, "Revolusongs", will be released before the end of the year through SPV/Steamhammer Records in Europe, JVC Records in Japan, FNM/Universal Records in Brazil, and an as-yet-undisclosed "major" label in North America.
