SEBASTIAN BACH Signs With FRONTIERS RECORDS

February 14, 2011

Italian label Frontiers Records has announced the signing of former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach to a worldwide, multi-album recording contract. Bach will head into the studio later this month with his new, young, virtuosic guitarist Nick Sterling and producer Bob Marlette (BLACK SABBATH, SHINEDOWN, ATREYU, FILTER) to record a brand new CD for a summer release.

Commented Bach: "I would like to sincerely thank all at Frontiers Records for their support and belief in me, my band and the new tunes. Expect an album full of high-energy rock 'n' roll with kick-ass clean and clear vocals, along with me laying down the craziest screams I have recorded in my life thus far...

"To all of the rockers of the world, thank you for letting me create killer music for the past two decades, and all I can say is, we are just warming up, mothertruckers!"

Added Frontiers Records president Serafino Perugino: "We are pleased and honored to be at the service of Sebastian Bach! We look forward to help make his forthcoming album a hard rock milestone!"

Sebastian in 2009 collaborated with HATEBREED frontman Jamey Jasta on several tracks for Bach's new solo album, with Nick and Charlie Bellmore of the Connecticut band PHANTOMS assisting during the pre-production process. The singer has also written material with John 5 (ROB ZOMBIE, MARILYN MANSON).

Bach is best known for selling 20 million albums as the former lead singer of SKID ROW. He has gone on to star on Broadway and television, including five seasons on CW's "Gilmore Girls", as well as hit shows on VH1, MTV and CMT. Bach's most recent studio project was "Angel Down", his first solo album since 1999. The record features 14 songs with a guest appearance by GUNS N' ROSES front man Axl Rose on three cuts, including a blistering version of AEROSMITH's "Back In The Saddle".
