SEBASTIAN BACH Pleads Guilty To Marijuana Possession Charge

Despite Sebastian Bach's declaration after his arrest in March that "the truth will become known," the former SKID ROW singer pleaded guilty to a charge of marijuana possession at his hearing in Middletown, New Jersey on Monday, according to MTV.com. His other charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault and making terrorist threats were dismissed, partially because the bartender whom he allegedly shoved and threatened failed to appear in court. Bach was given a conditional discharge, which means if he has no additional charges for the next six months, he'll receive no punishment.
