ROTTEN SOUND Prepares To Record New Album

Finland's ROTTEN SOUND will enter the studio later this month to begin recording its new album, tentatively due in early 2008 via Spinefarm Records. The as-yet-untitled effort will contain the following working songtitles (in no particular order):

ROTTEN SOUND was formed on 1993 and has released more than a dozen recordings so far, including four full-length albums, one DVD and numerous smaller releases. Their last full-ength effort, "Exit" (Spinefarm Records) CD/LP, received many rave reviews around the world and made it to Finnish charts for three weeks after it was released. An eight-song mini-CD, "Consume to Contaminate", was issued last year.

ROTTEN SOUND has a great deal of touring experience, including numerous tours in Europe, two U.S. tours and many festivals on both continents.
