RIVERRED To Begin Recording New Album In Early May

April 21, 2005

Pacific Northwest rock act RIVERRED will be re-teaming with producer Chris Hanson (MACHINE HEAD, TECHNOCRACY) for the recording of their upcoming full-length album. Seattle rock kingpin Jack Endino (SOUNDGARDEN, NIRVANA) will again handle mixing duties. Throwing his hands into the project — and adding one more name to drop — is producer Gary King, who has previously worked with drummer Norman Scott, bassist Tim Paul and Endino when Scott and Paul were members of the acclaimed Seattle act GRUNTRUCK.

RIVERRED will reportedly be recording around 12 songs for the upcoming CD, the title of which has been decided but has not yet been revealed. The band are in pre-production at the moment and will begin recording the first week of May at Trillium Lane Studios.
