RECLUSION Announce New Guitarist

June 5, 2005

Swedish death/thrash outfit RECLUSION have announced the addition of guitarist Mattias Bolander to the group's ranks.

The 28-year-old Bolander has in addition to having being part of numerous bands also studied music for several years. Among other diplomas, he has a top degree from Musicians' Institute of Technology in California and has also played with big-time guitarists like "Dimebag" Darrell, Paul Gilbert, Keith Wyatt, etc.

Commented Bolander: "I feel very inspired to once again be a member of a band. The two-year-long absence from the metal scene, in which I explored various different styles of music in order to get perspective on things, has really reignited the spark and I'm looking forward to get into it all as soon as possible.

"I like the challenge that comes with joining an already existing band, because I'm on top of my game and very confident that I'll pull through, adding my playing style and experience to this already great-sounding band."

RECLUSION recently finished mixing their second album, "Inventory of the Morgue", at Los Angered Recording in Gothenburg, Sweden with Andy La Rocque (KING DIAMOND). The follow-up to 2001's "Shell of Pain" is tentatively due later in the year through an as-yet-undetermined label.

The band are currently rehearsing new material together with new guitarist. "This line-up feels stronger then ever and we are eager to hit the stage and kick some ass again," stated drummer Marek Dobrowolski.
