RAMP Completes Work On New Album
Long-running Portuguese heavy metal band RAMP has finished mixing its new album at Dug-Out Productions in Uppsala, Sweden with producer Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, SOILWORK, IN FLAMES, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, BEHEMOTH). According to the group, "Everybody's happy and confident about the result."
Formed in 1989, RAMP released its first mini-LP, entitled "Thoughts", in 1992.
RAMP is one of the most influential metal bands in Portugal. They have played at (nearly) every big rock event in the country, including three appearances at the rock festival Super Bock Super Rock in Lisbon.
RAMP's most recent release was the "Planet Earth" EP, which came out in 2005.
