According to a posting on their official web site, German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have plans to completely overhaul their sound and image prior to the release of their next studio album. No details were given, but the posting adds that the band will look and sound like "PRIMAL FEAR 2005."The group had previously stated about the upcoming CD, "We're talking to some famous mixing engineers and we start to schedule the songwriting etc. We have great plans and some cool visions! We have to say, that the band was never ever in a better shape and mood than today and that's exactly what we want to show on our next recordings!"
