PRIMAL FEAR: New Album To Be Mixed By MIKE FRASER

German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have tapped Mike Fraser (AC/DC, METALLICA, VAN HALEN, COVERDALE/PAGE, AEROSMITH, THE CULT, SLIPKNOT, HATEBREED) to mix their upcoming album at a studio in Vancouver, Canada (most likely The Warehouse) for a tentative October 2005 release via Nuclear Blast in Europe/USA and JVC/Victor in Asia. "Even recording engineer and co-producer Charlie Bauerfeind [BLIND GUARDIAN, HALFORD, HAMMERFALL] is excited about our decision" to work with Fraser," the band write on their web site.

As previously reported, PRIMAL FEAR will record their next album in April/May 2005 at the House Of Music studio near Stuttgart, Germany. Producing the album will be the group's bassist, Mat Sinner, along with Bauerfeind. Songtitles set to appear on the upcoming CD include "Mind of a Killer", "Presumed Dead", "Seven Seals", "Big Banana" (working title) and "a quiet, more athomspheric song" called "The Innocents".
