POWERMAN 5000, MARTY FRIEDMAN Confirmed For Korea's BUSAN ROCK FESTIVAL

POWERMAN 5000, former MEGADETH guitarist Marty Friedman and VASSLINE are the first confirmed artists for the fifth annual Busan Rock Festival, set to take place August 5-7, 2005 in Busan, South Korea. POWERMAN 5000 will headline the festival on August 5 while Friedman and VASSLINE will play on August 6. More acts will be announced soon.

Marty Friedman wil be backed by the following musicians at the festival:

Ryuichi Nishida (GACKT) - Drums
Masaki (ANIMETAL, CANTA) – Bass
Ron Jarzombek (WATCHTOWER) - guitar

A live Marty Friedman DVD will be filmed at this event, with tons of new and very unique extras for Marty fans new and old alike. Ryuichi and Masaki had previously joined Marty in the studio during the recording sessions for his new solo album. Ron joined Marty on his most recent solo tour of the U.S.

Busan Rock Festival is organized/held by the Mayor of Busan City and is staged as a free event.
