Power Outage Forces Cancelation Of VINCE NEIL, GREAT WHITE, SLAUGHTER Concert

A concert featuring Vince Neil, GREAT WHITE and SLAUGHTER was canceled Saturday night (August 17) after an accident involving a garbage truck on Highway 124 near Brooks Road caused a massive power outage in the area of Ford Park in in Beaumont, Texas.

According to a news release issued by the operators of Ford Park, the outage compromised the ability to safely continue with the performance.

"We regret this incidence occurred but the band and promoter have agreed to reschedule this show, date to be announced at a later time," the SMG management company said in the news release. "The safety of fans is a priority for all parties involved."

Purchased tickets will be honored at the future date or refunds can be obtained at point of purchase.
