PISSING RAZORS Confirm Guitarist's Departure

October 28, 2002

PISSING RAZORS have officially confirmed the departure of guitarist Cesar Soto, who has since teamed up with fellow ex-PR members Joe Rodriguez (vocals) and Mat Lynch (guitar) in a new band called FUELED II FIRE.

According to a message on PISSING RAZORS' official web site, "the reasons behind why this site had not posted anything about [Cesar's departure before] are really of legal matter. So instead of repeating it all over, I'll just clear the air about this whole thing.

"First, the quote that was posted on Blabbermouth.net and said to be from [PR drummer] Eddie Garcia, was taken from the official PISSING RAZORS forum and is all true.

"Next, the quote from Cesar Soto that was posted on the same news site mentioned above was first taken from the WICK=WAR=BURN [pre-FUELED II FIRE] message board, then later Cesar Soto made an official statement to Blabbermouth.net. Now I hope this is true because I (Alex Garcia, webmaster) was never told anything about this. I read it as you all did.

"Now lets consider the whole thing said and done."

"The departing of Soto has left a vacant spot in the line up of the band. Auditions are being conducted as you read this. Anyone interested in trying out for the spot, can contact Rick Valles at [email protected]. Please include: name, phone no., age, location, previous bands, years of experience. We will respond to your e-mails as soon as possible."

In other news, PISSING RAZORS have posted the artwork for their first-ever live album, "Live In The Devil's Triangle", due on Nov. 19 through Spitfire Records. It can be viewed at this location.
