PEGAZUS: DVD Details Revealed

March 4, 2004

PEGAZUS guitarist Johnny Stoj has posted the following update on the band's official web site:

"Just to fill you in with the latest band news to date. We have been so busy with quite a few overseas touring propositions lately and also working on new songs for the next studio album, which we are totally excited about recording as soon as possible. At the moment we are slightly delayed as to when we will actually start recording the album but we do plan to do some demo's first and we are probably about 2 months away from even doing these. We can assure you though, that the next dose of PEGAZUS will be pumping through your veins like a lethal injection! We are also yet to confirm the bass and drums positions in the band but we should be able to do this in the coming months. Speaking of this, I caught up with my brother Robbie recently who wanted to let you guys know of his current situation and decision, so here is a short letter/message from him personally to you all.

"Hello fans, friends and acquaintances from far and near, Robbie Stoj here.

"I feel it appropriate at this time, to let you all know that I have made the decision as of October 2003 to no longer pursue my drumming career within PEGAZUS. My current injury has postponed my playing short term, where thereafter I look forward to working with my endorsee and within other projects. This is an exciting time for me to expand and develop my experiences within other fields of the music industry.

"I would just like to thank all members past and present of PEGAZUS and wish them all the best with future endeavors. To the fans, a big thank you for all your support and encouragement. It has been greatly appreciated.

"Friends Forever, Thank you to all. Robbie Stoj

"On that note, I would like to say that I personally will miss my little bro on the drums. We have actually been playing together in PEGAZUS and other bands before PEGAZUS for the past 13 years and it has really been a great journey recording some truly great Heavy Metal albums and touring overseas together. Thanx for your support and strength, being by my side all these years…thanx for everything bro! PEGAZUS wishes you nothing but the best!

"At the moment we are just about to start editing and putting together the very first ever PEGAZUS DVD for you guys. We did mention the possibility of this coming out a few months ago and after many requests by you guys for it, it now looks like it will happen sometime soon.

"Most bands release a live album and at the same time they also put out the very same performance on DVD too but we really wanted to be different in this category and offer something a bit more unique and special for you guys. All the featured footage will commemorate the past 2 year period from when the band first went into the studio to record 'The Headless Horseman' album back in September 2001 right through to the 'Live! Thunder Down Under' album recording on 20th September 2003. Here's a rough run down of what will possibly be appearing on this Special Release — 'Live! Thunder Down Under' DVD.
