PAUL GILBERT Schedules CD-Release Party In Hollywood

Guitarist Paul Gilbert (MR. BIG, RACER X) has issued the following update:

"To celebrate the release of my new CD, 'Get out of My Yard', in the USA, I am having an album release party/live show on August 31st in Hollywood, CA!! The venue is Musicians' Institute, and all MI students are welcome, plus I will be giving away 50 pairs of FREE TICKETS to the public. To win a pair of free tickets, just write to me at [email protected] Write 'Goomy Release Party Tickets' as the subject of your e-mail. Please include your FULL NAME and CITY where you live in the e-mail. I will reply to the FIRST 50 PEOPLE who respond and send you a printable pair of tickets along with directions, show time, and other details. Winners will be required to show picture I.D. to match the name on their tickets. So don't request tickets unless you are coming! If you live outside the Los Angeles area, please don't request tickets unless you are really going to travel here for the gig. 'Get out of My Yard' will be available for sale at the show, and I'll be happy to sign your copy after the show and say hello. Jeff Bowders will be playing drums. Mike Szuter will be playing bass. I, Paul Gilbert, will play electric guitar. I will be playing mostly new songs from 'Get out of My Yard', plus a few surprises. The performance will last approximately one hour. "Get out of My Yard" will be released in North America on August 29.
