P.O.D. Replaces AVENGED SEVENFOLD At Mobile's BAYFEST

September 16, 2008

Spiritual hard rockers P.O.D. have replaced AVENGED SEVENFOLD on the billing of the BayFest 2008 on Saturday, October 4 in downtown Mobile, Alabama.

AVENGED SEVENFOLD was forced to cancel all tour dates through October 15, including an appearance at BayFest, in order to allow frontman M. Shadows to rest his voice.

P.O.D. will take the Pepsi Stage at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday night.

Also scheduled to appear are headliners BUCKCHERRY alongside SAVING ABEL, SHINEDOWN and PUDDLE OF MUDD.

The 14th annual BayFest music festival will be held October 3, 4, and 5, 2008 in the streets of Downtown Mobile. BayFest is the host of more than 125 national, regional and local artists that play on nine stages over a three-day weekend.

For more information, including a full schedule of artists, artist bios and videos, past pictures, and area info, visit www.bayfest.com.
