Ozzy Osbourne's first studio album of all-new material in six years, "Black Rain", came out on Tuesday (May 22).

Osbourne told Launch recently that "Black Rain" was the first album he wrote and recorded while completely clean and sober.

The singer will headline this summer's "free" Ozzfest, beginning on July 12 in Seattle.

Fans who purchase specially marked copies of "Black Rain" will have a first shot at scoring Ozzfest tickets via a code included with the album.
