The annual traveling heavy metal festival — headlined this year by BLACK SABBATH and JUDAS PRIEST — attracts thousands of screaming fans. But for some, the night of music and good times ended in arrests at Polaris Ampitheater.

Officers say they're not trying to ruin a good time — just the opposite.

State agents say if they don't crack down before and during the show, the aftermath can be mayhem.

Sue Ann Cook of the Ohio Investigative Unit told 10 TV's Maureen Kocot, "At the end of the concert the number of DUIs would be through the roof...the number of fights would be through the roof."

Officers made a total of 73 arrests for underage drinking and drug use.
