OZZFEST 2004: 118 Grams Of Marijuana Recovered At East Troy Concert

GazetteExtra.com is reporting that Elkhorn-Walworth County Drug Unit officers recovered 118 grams of marijuana at Saturday's (August 14) Ozzfest at East Troy, Wisconsin's Alpine Valley Music Theater.

Only one person was arrested by the Drug Unit on felony state charges for possession of marijuana and obstruction, according to a press release.

The unit arrested 40 persons for possession of the drug and two people were charged for disorderly conduct, according to the release.

Walworth County Sheriff's Department deputies issued 82 citations — 48 of which were for underage alcohol possession or consumption. Six persons were arrested for possession of marijuana and five for disorderly conduct. Twenty-one speeding tickets were issued.

There were three people arrested for felony state charges — two for disorderly conduct and one for bail jumping.

The department confined two persons for incapacitation from alcohol.
