OUTBURST: Debut Album Due This Week

Dutch metallers OUTBURST — who are said to be musically similar to such acts as SHADOWS FALL, THE HAUNTED, TESTAMENT, CARCASS and EXODUS — will release their debut album, "Fair and Balanced", on August 28 in Benelux and Germany via Overfiend Records.

"Fair and Balanced" was recorded at Double Noise studio in Tilburg, Holland with producer Jochem Jacobs (TEXTURES, HIDING WITH GIRL). The CD features two guest appearances: TEXTURES vocalist Eric Kalsbeek can be heard on "Attack of the Overfiend" and CEPHALIC CARNAGE frontman Leonard Leal unleashed his grunts on "What the Eyes See".
