Original VICIOUS RUMORS Bassist Completes Work On WILDESTARR Debut

May 18, 2009

WILDESTARR, the band featuring original VICIOUS RUMORS bassist Dave Starr (now on all guitar and bass),vocalist London Wilde and drummer Jim Hawthorne, has completed work on its debut album, entitled "Arrival". Dave says: "We have spent the last three years working on this record, and the results are just amazing. It has been a real labor of love for London and I, and this is by far the best record I have ever done in my career. Although I am very proud of my past with VICIOUS RUMORS and all the great records we did, I can honestly say that this new album is better than anything I have ever done before. Great songs, great playing, great production, and London is going to really turn some heads with her amazing vocals; I have never heard a woman sound like this before, she has pipes that people are comparing to Rob Halford, Geoff Tate, and Carl Albert."

"Arrival" will be released on WILDESTARR's own label, Furnace Maximus Records, this summer. The video for the title track/first single is now in post-production.
