Guitarist Nige Rockett of of the reactivated British thrashers ONSLAUGHT has issued the following update:

"Due to circumstances beyond our control, we sadly announce that the 'X-mass Festival Tour' scheduled for December has been postponed. However, the tour will now go ahead in January 2008 under the title of the 'Black Winter' tour. More details of the line up and dates to follow very soon...

"This does not mean we're gonna be taking time off during December. We have now been confirmed as very special guests on the 'Rockfalls Giant' tour with EKTOMORF. It is predominently a tour of Germany with one other show in Vienna, Austria."

The DVD also includes an interview with guitarist Nige Rockett and vocalist Sy Keeler, bonus live video footage from the band's gigs in Japan and Holland, as also bonus audio tracks from the gig at Bristol Colston Hall in 1987 (featuring ONSLAUGHT's very first live performance of "Let There Be Rock")!

ONSLAUGHT's new album, "Killing Peace", was released in March via Candlelight Records. The CD was recorded at Backstage studio in Derbyshire, England with producer Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, MACHINE HEAD, ARCH ENEMY, NEVERMORE).
